Dear Congresswoman Davis:
Thank you for responding to my concern over the federal court in our district. It has been since December 6, 2002 that the case for "full disclosure" of the U.S. Special Virus program was filed. As I understand, the |Legislative Branch of government has no standing to interfere if the U.S. courts decide to discriminate. It is your opinion, oh well, they don't do it often, so there must be a pretty good reason why the court would not want to respond timely to a complaint filed in its courts.
In this case there is. The antidote from 1972 for the HIV/AIDS enzyme (then called ESP-1 virus) are located in the PHASE -IVA experiments of the secret program. The United States patented a cure in 1997, patent #5676977. Isn't this an issue of those of us in your district who continue to linger the throes of a plague, clearly created through the experiments and contracts as reported in the fifteen progress reports of the secret program.
Your staff continues to show reluctance in bringing these science facts to your attention. The U.S. Special Virus program is an outgrowth of the MK-NAOMI project which began in 1948. By 1978, the program suddenly ended, just as AIDS began.
Specifically, this secret, federal virus program took an electron microscope photo of their man made virus in 1971. In 1985, Dr. Gallo submitted a Science article were he submitted a 1985 electron microscope of HIV/AIDS. How can HIV/AIDS be identical to a man made virus from 1971, if they are not one in the same? Moreover, in light of the U.S. man made virus from 1971 that is so very, very similar to HIV/AIDS, why was it then a "mystery illness" for six years?
The research shows that, when the United States conducted the initial test of HIV in 1932, they placed twenty sheep separately around the island of Iceland, two were carrying the HIV prodigy (visna), and then they sat back and waited. What they found was, it took SIX years for the two sheep to decimate the herds. 30%of the nucleotide sequences of HIV are from visna. By what natural process?
